Create Japanese Style Plate

In this workshop, we will further investigate in Japanese style ceramic, from the form, structure, and aesthetics, then return to the creation of personal work.

This session focuses mainly on hand-building and forming, allowing you to shape and express your own ideas.

A separate follow-up session (with additional fee) will be offered for refining the form or adding colour, completing your creative process.

Due to firing and transport limitations, the finished work should not exceed:

• For 3D forms (pots, vases, etc.): 12cm x 12cm x 14cm
• For plates or flat pieces: 20cm x 14cm x 5cm

*For those participants who joined lessons before, you will given freedom to create your own ceramic works to suit your needs and styles. Just not exceed the mentioned measurements.

日本風陶藝創造

這一堂陶瓷創作將以塑形（hand-building / forming）為主，加入日本元素，創造者可專注於造型創作與個人表達。之後將安排另一堂（需另行報名及收費）作為延伸，用以調整作品形狀或上顏色，完成整體創作。

由於燒製與運送的限制，作品尺寸將限定為：

• 立體作品（如壺、花瓶等）：不超過 12cm x 12cm x 14cm
• 盤碟類作品：不超過 20cm x 14cm x 5cm

* 鼓勵舊學員自我創作，更具個人需要及風格的陶瓷器皿。對於了解泥土特性的學員，這堂課沒有固定模板與方向，只有你與陶土之間的對話。讓雙手自由，讓作品成為你當下的創作印記。
