今年巡遊以 「閱讀之年（Year of Reading）」 為主題，我哋希望將香港嘅故事，由書頁帶到曼徹斯特嘅街頭。 今年嘅創作靈感，來自香港作家西西《浮城誌異》中「浮城」嘅意象。 一艘漁船，載著一座城市，承載住我哋熟悉嘅香港。

This year’s parade celebrates the National Year of Reading, and our theme is about bringing Hong Kong stories from the pages of books onto the streets of Manchester. Inspired by The Marvels of a Floating City by renowned Hong Kong writer Xi Xi, our parade tells the story of a fishing boat carrying our hometown. On board are fragments of a familiar Hong Kong — perhaps a street, a building, or simply a shared memory.

The workshops will be led by artists from Hong Kong and Manchester. No experience needed – everyone is welcome to join!
